2. Accuracy of Information Provided by Students

• Clients must provide true, complete, and authentic academic, personal, and financial documentation.
• Broadway International does not endorse, verify the fraudulent nature of, or accept liability for any forged, fabricated, or altered certificates submitted by clients. Submission of false documentation will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

3. University Admission & Scholarship Decisions

• Admission decisions, offer issuance, credit transfers, and scholarship allocations are determined solely by the respective universities, colleges, and scholarship committees.
• Broadway International does not guarantee admission to any specific institution or the award of any scholarship.

4. Visa Processing & Embassy Discretion

• The decision to grant or refuse a student visa, entry permit, or residence clearance rests entirely with the consular officers and official immigration authorities of the destination country.
• Broadway International provides procedural guidance, financial proof review, and interview preparation based on current immigration norms, but does not guarantee visa issuance or processing timelines.

5. Intellectual Property All text, graphics, logos, website layout, tools (such as cost calculators and eligibility checkers), and content on this website are the proprietary property of Broadway International and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability Broadway International, its directors, employees, and associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from:

• University rejection or cancellation of offers.
• Visa refusal, delays in embassy processing, or changes in immigration policies.
• Travel disruptions, flight cancellations, or foreign exchange rate variations.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
